こんな英文は間違ってるのでしょうか？ ちなみに内容的には、マイクロチップの歴史的な背景をよく知らないので変かもしれませんけど。。。
①Microchips have been developed by SSS Co., Inc. that contain an entire microprocessor with the capabilities of a small computer.
②That microchips have been developed by SSS Co., Inc. which contain an entire microprocessor with the capabilities of a small computer.
③That microchips contain an entire microprocessor with the capabilities of a small computer which have been developed by SSS Co., Inc.
関係代名詞節はMicrochipsを修飾するという意図です。ちなみに、SSS Co., Inc.は架空の会社名です。
こういう英文の方が無難でしょうか？
SSS Co., Inc. has developed microchips that contain an entire microprocessor with the capabilities of a small computer.
